Our Promise

We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we handle your data.

Your data is yours
We never sell your data
We are open and transparent
1. Information Collected Information submitted by users and basic technical data.

VoteSensus may collect information you provide when suggesting a poll, uploading an image, submitting a video link, adding hashtags, entering a display name, or casting a vote.

The service may also receive basic technical information from your browser or hosting environment as part of normal website operation.

2. How Information Is Used How submissions, votes, and moderation data support the site.

VoteSensus uses submitted information to display polls, moderate suggestions, show approved content, count votes, rank community activity, and operate public pages such as Recent, Trending, and Leaderboard.

3. Data Storage and Security How VoteSensus currently stores platform data.

VoteSensus stores poll submissions, moderation status, vote totals, image position metadata, featured settings, and uploaded media as part of the current platform implementation.

Reasonable care should be taken to protect administrative access and hosting environments. This policy does not claim that uploaded or submitted data is encrypted unless that is implemented in the hosting stack.

4. Information Sharing When information may appear publicly or be handled by services.

Approved poll content may appear publicly on VoteSensus pages. Hosting providers, CDN services, storage services, or other operational tools may process information as needed to run the website.

5. Cookies and Browser Storage Browser storage used for lightweight voting state.

VoteSensus may use browser storage for basic site behaviour. The current voting flow can store a local marker in the visitor's browser after a successful vote to reduce ordinary repeat voting on the same poll.

Browser storage can usually be cleared through your browser settings. This lightweight protection is not a complete anti-abuse security system.

6. User Privacy Rights Questions, access requests, and content concerns.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or information about personal data associated with you. Requests can be submitted through the contact details on this page.

By uploading or submitting content to VoteSensus, you confirm that you own the content or have the necessary rights, licences, permissions, or authority to use and publish it.

You grant VoteSensus a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce, resize, format, and distribute the submitted content solely as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, and improve the VoteSensus service.

You must not upload content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights belonging to another person or organisation.

VoteSensus may remove or restrict access to content that is reported or reasonably believed to infringe another party’s rights. Copyright concerns may be submitted through our contact page.
